Is this not THE most perfectly arranged pizza? I’m so obsessed with eating vegan pizza every single day like an obsession. I’ll eat it right after fruit in every city I’m in. The one place I make an exception is I don’t go to traditional New York pizza places. I know Brooklyn is awesome via word of mouth so I may sometime try it, but Chicago and the STL invented pizza. My school made better pizza than the stuff masquerading... 

I have tried a bunch of meatless items on the market. Some are awful; some could have been roadkill in a previous existence. Yves Veggie Cuisine serves up a great sausage alternative with its Meatless Breakfast Patties. The caloric information is two patties for one serving, with 80 calories, a good amount of Vitamin B12 and 14 percent of your daily protein needs in each serving.I tried these today with a tofu scramble. Outside, they brown and fry... 

This omelet was among the best I have had in ages. Of course, I don’t eat eggs as part of my diet most of the time, but it was beyond a vegan diet craving that made them taste good. They were made with a great vegetable assortment and several mixed herbs and spices. I added just a touch of Tabasco sauce when I ate this at the beginning of the week. I promised I would share with you, or should I say ya’ll, about my fairly recent Southern eating adventures. This happens to be the sugary highlight of the occasion: ooey, buttery beignets with powdered sugar. I really should not be eating this stuff. I get it. Still, these little donut-like things are worthy risking it. And as I pointed out on Twitter, I have since learned you may substitute sugar pending that you eliminate some of your daily...
